Key account supervisor(Modern trade) - Food business
About this position
The Key Account Supervisor (Modern Trade) for the Food business is responsible for achieving sales and profit targets while building strong customer relationships and identifying new business opportunities.
Responsibilities
• Responsible for monthly and yearly Sales & profit achievements
• Build and develop strong customer relationships with key decision makers to increase TSR market shares
• Negotiate new projects and contract terms aligned with Thammachart Seafood Sales and profit goals.
• Identify new business growth opportunities for Thammachart seafood business sales to meet the sales target.
• Planning planogram strategy and activity by customer and store format to achieve the sales target.
• Monitoring and maintaining suitable store inventory level
• Coordinating, monitoring and reporting on daily operations aiming to sales improvement
• Ensure optimum customer experience satisfaction by maintening/monitoring stores policies and procedures
• Conduct market and competitor analysis on market trends
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Food Science or related fields
• Have working experience at least 3 year as key account executive.
• A good personality and attitude: open-minded, honest, diplomat, precise, team player.
• Coordination and presentation skills, Good in English communication skill, Strong communication skills.
• Good capacity of analysis and synthesis, Large background (Technical food)-Will be advantage
• Capacity to define and articulate a market and a pricing strategy,
• Capability to build network of relationships in the industry; ability to be perceived as the subject matter expert.
