The native English Kindergarten and Primary Teacher at Thailandteacher will be responsible for creating engaging and interactive lesson plans that foster a love for learning among young students. This position reports directly to the Head of Early Childhood Education, collaborating closely with fellow educators to ensure a cohesive and supportive learning environment. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for teaching and a commitment to nurturing the developmental needs of children in a multicultural setting.
• Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to the diverse needs of young learners.
• Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that fosters student participation and collaboration.
• Assess and monitor student progress, providing feedback and support to enhance learning outcomes.
• Utilize a variety of teaching methods and resources to accommodate different learning styles.
• Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding student progress and classroom activities.
• Organize and participate in school events, extracurricular activities, and field trips to enrich the educational experience.
• Collaborate with fellow teachers and staff to develop and improve curriculum and teaching practices.
• Maintain a safe and orderly classroom environment that promotes respect and responsibility among students.
• Stay updated on educational trends and best practices to continually enhance teaching effectiveness.
• Participate in professional development opportunities to further enhance teaching skills and knowledge.
• Bachelor's degree in Education, English, or a related field
• Native English speaker with excellent communication skills
• Experience teaching Kindergarten or Primary students preferred
• Strong understanding of child development and age-appropriate teaching methods
• Ability to create engaging lesson plans and foster a positive learning environment
