Digital Service Management Specialist
About this position
The Digital Service Management Specialist is responsible for supervising the service support team and managing digital communication components, particularly focusing on video conferencing and related technologies.
Responsibilities
• Supervise service support team that is mainly responsible for key communication components i.e., video conference, link to external companies, etc.
• Monitor and responsible for video conference, live event, broadcasting and admin portal of Microsoft Teams
• Cooperate with event organizers and facilitate digital matters
• Serves as lead Audio Visual SME for live meetings and events held onsite or at remote locations
• Supports operates and maintains AV equipment for live meetings and events.
• Provides support and demonstrates expert knowledge for online webinar tools and applications
• Supervise strategic partners who are supporting video/conference room
Requirements
• Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Business Administration IT related fields
• Knowledge & Experience in communication system i.e. Video conference, live event, broadcasting and admin portal of Microsoft Teams
