Teach For Thailand is a nonprofit organization committed to more equitable and just education opportunities for children in Thailand. The Regional Manager is responsible for setting regional strategy and vision for region development through building Thai change agents and a sustainable model for the region.
• The Regional Manager gains more understanding of the region, including important moving pieces that play important roles in developing the regional model, so he/she can create their regional vision.
• There is a shared vision all stakeholders in the student's ecosystem believe in and work toward, showing progress against it and it needs to be evolving.
• There are local donors who are willing to financially support the fellowship program, so the program is sustainable in the long haul.
• There are local government sectors who are willing to support the work in every possible way.
• The Regional Manager can contribute to the accomplishment of student's outcomes, the development of fellow’s leadership and the growth of community impact, which will be measured through the semester outcomes.
• There are programs, training materials and tools, including supports that tailors made to respond to the needs of the region.
• The Regional Manager knows the key stakeholders in the region and can draw strength from them to develop their regional vision.
• There are fellows who come from the region, know the local context, and are committed to the mission.
• Strong passion in developing young leaders to become the leaders who are outstanding both inside and outside the classroom through teaching and leading skills programs.
• Ability to strengthen relationships, lead office staff and fellows for challenging success, and coach them to step across hard times.
• Capability to design, create, and invent learning experiences, coaching and mentoring innovations.
• Skills to develop leadership skills to manage office staff and develop strong external relationships for placement and development.
• Strong engagement with the mission.

Officially founded in 2013 Teach For Thailand recruits top university graduates, graduate students, and professionals who commit two years to teach in high-need schools.
