About this position

The Supervisor - Infrastructure & IT Risk Management is responsible for strategic planning and day-to-day operations in information security, ensuring compliance with IT security policies, and safeguarding information system assets.

Responsibilities

• Perform long-term strategic planning in information security for areas of computer security, IT infrastructure, network, application support, recovery procedure, disaster recovery procedure, general computer compliance, law compliance, and IT risk.
• Responsible for day-to-day security operations issues, assist in audits and track issues until closer, implement and ensure compliance of IT security policies and processes, Manage and work with platform, system service provider, relevant section, system owner to close the deviations and noncompliance issues.
• Report to management in area of information security including security outbreak, patch management, intrusion activities, log analyzer, IT risk result, compliance, system health to prevent the interruption and supporting action plan development.
• Safeguard the information system assets by identifying and solving potential and actual security problems, Protect the system by defining access privileges, control structures and instruction and resources, implements security improvements by assessing current situation, evaluating trends, anticipating requirements improve the security of whole IT systems.
• Conduct ongoing information security education to user in order to improve computer skill and customers satisfaction.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science and computer engineering or related field
• Experience in lead team IT Security design, IT risk management 3 years up.
• Strong IT skills in security of network, server, database, support and maintenance.
• Good command of English (TOEIC score 600)
• Available to start work in Jan 2025
