About this position

The position of Technician (Tech) involves performing preventive maintenance on machines, supporting machine setups, and ensuring equipment functionality through various tasks.

Responsibilities

• Preventive maintenance Machine.
• Equipment & Tooling & Spare parts & Jig-Fixture change.
• Support Setup Machine.
• Setting machine & jig-fixture when be have changed the models.
• Check & Fixed Machine & Jig-fix with standard control.
• Install Jig-fixture and Equipments when be have changed the models.
• Product Repair (Require: Circuit Diagram Reading Skill)
• Other related tasks as assigned.

Requirements

• Diploma degree in Electronics, Mechatronics, Electronics or any field.
• Experience in Automobile parts Manufacturing system, APQP, IATF-16949.
• Computer skill literate.
• Able to use CAD or Solid Work/Microsoft office.
• Able to use measurement tools (Calipers, Multimeter, Oscilloscope).
• Ability to work independently, conscientiously and under pressure.
