Sales Supervisor (ภาคใต้)
About this position
The Sales Supervisor will lead and manage a team of sales representatives in the Southern & West region, focusing on achieving sales targets and developing team members.
Responsibilities
• Lead and manage a team of sales representatives within the assigned region (Southern & West).
• Drive sales targets and monitor performance to ensure goals are achieved.
• Provide coaching, on-the-job training (OJT), and development support to team members.
• Develop and implement a regional sales strategy to increase market share and achieve company objectives.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders in the region.
• Address customer needs, resolve issues promptly, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Monitor and manage sales execution, operations, and accounts receivable (AR) to meet company standards.
• Track sales metrics, prepare comprehensive reports, and present findings to senior management.
• Conduct regular performance reviews with the sales team and key customers to drive continuous improvement.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in sales management, preferably in Food industry.
• Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven strategic decisions.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel within the region as required.
