HR Officer (1 Year Contract)

Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
• Create engaging content, including social media posts, artworks, and videos, to showcase company culture and values.
• Manage social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok) and track performance metrics.
• Monitor social media trends and identify opportunities for engagement.
• Collaborate with HR team and internal to develop communication plans and ensure consistent messaging across all HR-related communications.
• Design and produce high-quality artwork and visuals for internal and external communications.
• Maintain and update internal communication platforms (e.g., Announcements, HR Communication, SharePoint, Viva Engage).
• Support employee engagement activities to foster a positive workplace culture.
• Coordinate vendors for events, including venue selection, catering, and equipment setup.
• Create and distribute communications to promote engagement activities and encourage participation.
• Handle HR-related administrative tasks, such as coordinating expense clearing and ensure accurate documentation for HR activities.
• Assist in organizing training sessions, including scheduling, logistics, and materials preparation.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
• 0-3 years of experience in HR, employer branding, or internal communications. New graduate are welcome.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Creative mindset with attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficient in graphic design and video editing tools (e.g., Canva, Capcut).
• Familiarity with social media platforms and content management systems is a plus.
