HR Business Partner
About this position
The HR Business Partner (Senior Level) position is based in Tha Khantho, Kalasin, and involves collaborating with various teams to enhance HR policies, manage employee relations, and ensure compliance with labor laws.
Responsibilities
• Collaborate with department managers and all organizational teams to design and enhance HR policies and processes for optimal efficiency.
• Advise senior management on HR management, supporting decision-making aligned with HR policies.
• Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues, conducting thorough investigations and handling cases effectively.
• Ensure organizational compliance with labor laws and relevant regulations to minimize legal risks.
• Provide guidance on employee performance development, including coaching, career advice, and disciplinary actions.
• Promote and strengthen positive relationships between management and employees to boost morale and work performance.
• Interpret and advise on HR policies and human resource management within the organization.
• Participate in workforce planning, organizational restructuring, and succession planning.
• Identify and address training needs for each department, offering guidance to management for effective development.
• Monitor and evaluate training outcomes to ensure achievement of set objectives.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Psychology, Political Science, or related field.
• At least 3-7 years of HR experience; experience in manufacturing HR is a plus.
• Strong knowledge in various HR functions such as compensation, organizational development, employee relations, and labor laws.
• Proven ability to resolve complex employee relations issues.
• Excellent interpersonal, time management, analytical, problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and familiar with HRIS systems.
• Good command of English.
• Willing to work in Tha Khantho, Kalasin.
