About this position
The Fixed Assets position involves managing and overseeing the company's fixed assets, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations, and supporting audit processes.
Responsibilities
• Handle assets, general ledger (GL), and internal budget order numbers, and enter CAPEX and OPEX into the system.
• Control fixed assets and ROU in accordance with accounting standards and tax regulations.
• Handle fixed assets under construction.
• Lead fixed assets, physical counts.
• Prepare fixed assets reports and related reports.
• Coordinate details to support audit work (External/Internal).
• Ensure compliance with laws and company policies.
• Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in accounting, fixed assets, or related fields.
• Strong knowledge of accounting standards and tax regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Excel and SAP.
