About this position
The Export Coordinator & Admin is responsible for managing export documentation, coordinating with various stakeholders, and ensuring smooth shipping operations.
Responsibilities
• Responsible for support all related export documents.
• Liaise and coordinate with shipping agent, forwarder, and overseas coordinators to follow up shipping documents for smooth operation.
• Coordinate with customer and factory for product sample.
• Keep customers updated the status of their shipment.
• Perform other related tasks as assigned.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Business, or related field.
• 1-3 year of experiences in export coordinator or sales admin.
• Detail-oriented, Interpersonal and communication skills, Problem-solving skill.
• Service mind and commitment is necessary.
• Good command of both written and spoken English.
• Good computer skills in Microsoft Office.
