About this position
Responsibilities
• Sales Performance Enhancement: Take ownership of domestic sales performance and commercial activities, with a focus on enhancing existing customer relationships and acquiring new clients to drive revenue growth.
• Customer Negotiations: Engage in effective negotiations with customers to understand their needs and preferences, striving to meet their requirements while maintaining mutually beneficial business partnerships.
• Relationship Cultivation: Develop and maintain strong relationships with both existing and prospective clients, fostering trust and collaboration to support long-term business success.
• Distributor Collaboration: Regularly liaise with domestic distributors, addressing their inquiries and ensuring seamless collaboration to meet market demands effectively.
• Internal Coordination: Collaborate closely with internal teams to fulfill customer requirements and facilitate a smooth sales process from inquiry to delivery, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Sales Budget Attainment: Work collaboratively with the team to achieve annual sales targets, proactively identifying opportunities and implementing strategies to meet and exceed set objectives.
• Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze sales initiatives' progress and outcomes, compiling comprehensive reports to evaluate performance and inform strategic decision-making.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in food science, food technology, or a related field.
• 8-10 years of experience in international sales within the food ingredients or food industry.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and departments.
• Demonstrated autonomy and adaptability in dynamic work environments.
• Strong sales-oriented mindset with persuasive negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in English communication, both verbal and written.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Willingness and ability to travel, including to upcountry zones and occasionally abroad.
