About this position

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Deputy Production Manager- Oil Packaging lines to lead and optimize our oil packaging operations. This role offers the opportunity to drive innovative initiatives and advance your career to the next level!

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage daily operations of oil packaging lines, ensuring efficiency and product quality.
• Lead and support teams in achieving optimal production performance and resolving issues promptly.
• Analyze workflows and implement improvements to maximize productivity and cost-effectiveness.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards across all packaging processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet production targets and deadlines.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, or a related field).
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in production management, particularly in packaging operations.
• Strong background in production management, with specific experience in packaging operations.
• Demonstrated leadership skills with a track record of motivating and developing teams.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SAP or other ERP systems, and WMS (Warehouse Management Systems).
• Knowledge of production machinery and packaging technologies is advantageous.
