About this position
The Central Planning Manager will collaborate with sales and production teams to create and optimize production plans, ensuring timely delivery and efficient use of resources.
Responsibilities
• Collaborate with sales and production teams to create quarterly production plans and ensure timely delivery.
• Optimize raw material planning, including soybean requirements, to meet production needs.
• Oversee import schedules for oil delivery to ensure smooth packaging and customer satisfaction.
• Analyze KPIs, identify challenges, and implement actionable improvements.
• Continuously improve planning systems and leverage data for production efficiency.
Requirements
• Education: Bachelor’s/Master’s in Science, Engineering, Logistics Management, or a related field.
• Experience: 5+ years in production planning and control.
• Skills: Advanced Excel expertise; ERP, Syteline, MRP, or SAP experience is a plus.
• Qualities: Strong leadership, adaptability under pressure, and excellent coordination skills.
