Talent Scout and Employer Branding Manager
About this position
Responsibilities
• Manage and build a strong candidate pool through various recruitment channels such as university partnerships, career events, outsourcing, direct sourcing, and referrals.
• Assist TA Lead in planning and executing employer branding activities aligned with talent acquisition strategy to boost talent attraction and employer brand.
• Develop and maintain professional networks with universities and third-party agencies to strengthen sourcing relationships and enhance recruitment strategies.
• Collaborate with the TA team and Corporate Communications to oversee employer branding initiatives, such as job fairs and campus drives, ensuring alignment with team goals and company branding.
• Source candidates from diverse channels including job boards, social media, networking, and internal resources, etc.
• Use data and analytics to evaluate recruitment strategies and lead continuous improvement.
• Analyze recruitment metrics to optimize sourcing efforts and improve the quality and speed of hires.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s or master's degree in human resources, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in recruitment.
• At least 3 years of proven experience in employer branding or related roles.
• Strong understanding of employer branding strategies and best practices in project implementation.
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills in Thai and English, with a focus on project presentations and social media contents.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a pleasant personality.
• Logical and analytical thinking skills and make data-driven decisions.
• Ability to work effectively as a team player or independently on project-based tasks as required.
