About this position

This new position involves in managing and expanding the candidate pool through various recruitment channels while developing employer branding activities/initiatives that enhance talent attraction and employer brand. Additionally, this role involves developing professional networks, overseeing branding events, sourcing candidates, and leveraging data analytics to optimize recruitment process and improve hiring quality and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Manage and build a strong candidate pool through various recruitment channels such as university partnerships, career events, outsourcing, direct sourcing, and referrals.
• Assist TA Lead in planning and executing employer branding activities aligned with talent acquisition strategy to boost talent attraction and employer brand.
• Develop and maintain professional networks with universities and third-party agencies to strengthen sourcing relationships and enhance recruitment strategies.
• Collaborate with the TA team and Corporate Communications to oversee employer branding initiatives, such as job fairs and campus drives, ensuring alignment with team goals and company branding.
• Source candidates from diverse channels including job boards, social media, networking, and internal resources, etc.
• Use data and analytics to evaluate recruitment strategies and lead continuous improvement.
• Analyze recruitment metrics to optimize sourcing efforts and improve the quality and speed of hires.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master's degree in human resources, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in recruitment.
• At least 3 years of proven experience in employer branding or related roles.
• Strong understanding of employer branding strategies and best practices in project implementation.
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills in Thai and English, with a focus on project presentations and social media contents.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a pleasant personality.
• Logical and analytical thinking skills and make data-driven decisions.
• Ability to work effectively as a team player or independently on project-based tasks as required.
