Talent Acquisition Specialist (Graduate recruitment)
About this position
Responsibilities
• Plan and manage end-to-end recruitment for graduate and management associate programs.
• Work closely with TA/Employer Branding team to plan and execute on-campus recruitment events such as career fairs, networking events, and company presentations.
• Build and maintain relationships with universities to enhance campus recruitment efforts.
• Develop and maintain a robust talent pipeline of high-potential students and graduates by engaging in ongoing networking and university outreach.
• Utilize multiple channels (social media, job boards, campus events) to proactively identify and engage high-potential graduates and trainees.
• Ensure a positive and smooth candidate journey from application to onboarding, providing clear communication throughout the process.
• Continuously review and improve recruitment strategies, processes, and tools to stay competitive in attracting top talent.
• Track and report on recruitment KPIs, such as time-to-hire and offer acceptance rates, to continuously improve processes.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s or master's degree in human resources, Business, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in recruitment, ideally with a focus on graduate or entry-level hiring. Preferred experience in recruiting Management Trainees within an international or global company.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment assessment tools such as SHL.
• Skilled in data preparation and managing candidate data using systems and Excel.
• Proficient in Thai and English communication skills.
