About this position

This is a new position and your chance to work in a Talent Acquisition shared services model in an international environment. This person will work closely with the global leadership team, executives, and senior management. Please note that this position internally refers to Deputy Department Manager.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing a team of 3-7 recruiters.
• Responsible for end-to-end recruitment to support the business goal.
• Mainly to support recruiting for senior positions for technical and corporate functions.
• Perform searches and direct approach for qualified candidates according to relevant job criteria and utilize various effective channels and tools to attract best fit candidates.
• Perform recruitment activities for vacancies and new positions across various departments and subsidiary companies.
• Analyze the effectiveness of recruitment system; conduct competency-based interview, tests and other related activities.
• Manage and control recruitment systems and processes to ensure the efficient provision of employment within the appropriate time frames.
• Handle recruitment activities and projects such as campus recruitment, job fairs, road shows, employer branding, and continuous improvement projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Human Resources or any related fields.
• Experienced in direct sourcing and handling complex hiring especially for the manager level positions and above.
• With at least 7-10 years of experience in recruitment, selection preferably from a dynamic, multinational company background.
• Being a mature person with strong leadership, stakeholder management, organizational and negotiation skills.
• Hands-on experience in project managements.
• Comfort with ambiguity, executive presence and resilience.
• Team-player and can also work independently.
• Proficient in Thai and English with strong communication skills.
• Able to commute to the factory in Samut Sakhon if needed, such as for arranging in-person meetings with key stakeholders.
