About this position

The Talent Acquisition Manager is responsible for overseeing the recruitment and selection process to support business goals, particularly for senior technical positions in manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for all recruitment of and selection process in order to support the business goal.
• Mainly to support recruiting for senior technical positions in Manufacturing.
• Perform searches and direct approach for qualified candidates according to relevant job criteria and utilize various effective channels and tools to attract best fit candidates.
• Operate the recruitment and selection process followed by the company’s policy.
• Perform recruitment activities for vacancies and new positions from various departments / subsidiary companies.
• Screen applications, Interview and provide short-listed candidates for line managers.
• Analyze the effectiveness of recruitment system; conduct competency-based interview, tests and other related activities.
• Manage and control recruitment systems and processes to ensure the efficient provision of employment within the appropriate time frames.
• Develop strategic internal communication structure and channel plan.
• Handle recruitment activity campaign; Campus Recruitment, Job Fair, Road Show, Employee Branding.
• Assist Department Manager to create, monitor reports and identify areas of improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Human Resources or any related fields.
• Have experience in recruitment complex cases and proposal package negotiation especially on the manager level and above.
• Experience at least 7 year-working experience in Recruitment, Selection, and Employer Branding, preferably experience from Manufacturing background.
• Being a mature person with strong leadership, stakeholder management, organizational and negotiation skills.
• Strong computer skills, especially relating to MS Office, preferably in excel.
• Team-player and can also work independently.
• Good command of English and communication.
