About this position

The Solution Architect plays a critical role in designing, implementing, and maintaining robust integration solutions using SAP CPI, ensuring seamless integration between systems and applications while aligning technical solutions with business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver integration solutions using SAP CPI, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance.
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to translate business requirements into comprehensive technical solutions.
• Provide technical specifications and architecture guidance for integration projects, including migration, new implementation, and enhancement activities.
• Monitor, guide, and manage external developers (1-5+ based on project needs) to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
• Share technical specifications and provide clear direction for developers to execute integration tasks effectively.
• Engage with vendor teams and support vendor selection processes when required.
• Oversee integration design and implementation processes to ensure compatibility and seamless data flow between systems.
• Ensure integration solutions align with the enterprise architecture and organizational technology standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges during development and implementation.
• Work closely with international stakeholders and cross-functional teams to meet global integration needs.
• Ensure solutions meet the organization's goals and stakeholder expectations.
• Actively participate as a member of the Architecture Review Board to evaluate and review new demands for technical implementations.
• Provide expert guidance, suggestions, and recommendations for proposed solutions to ensure alignment with enterprise architecture and best practices.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation for solution designs, implementation guidelines, and architecture decisions.
• Communicate technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and integration best practices, applying relevant advancements to enhance integration solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Relevant certifications in integration architecture or SAP CPI are a plus.
• Strong expertise in SAP CPI as the primary integration platform.
