Senior Learning and Development Manager
About this position
Responsibilities
• Create and ensure the execution of learning & development, organization effectiveness and performance management strategies and programs.
• Provide and recommend various development methods companywide (e.g., coaching, on-the-job training, classroom training, online training, etc.)
• Ensure effectiveness and success of general training & development, organization effectiveness and performance management programs/activities.
• Ensures that the above-mentioned Learning & Development, Organization Effectiveness and Performance Management solutions are aligned to the business and HR strategy and leadership brand requirements.
• Ensure that relevant Performance Management solutions (e.g., PMP, 9 grid box, Thai Union Leadership Expectation, etc.) are aligned/integrated with other relevant HR processes, for example Talent Review, Succession Planning and Reward.
• Responsible for developing best practice expertise in areas of organizational diagnosis and design; organization process and work design; Change management; large scale group interventions; process improvement / alignment tools and methodologies (e.g., SIA); organization behavior and culture e.g., TU 6 Values and linkages to Employer Brand)
• Works with HR Directors, HRBP’s and/or external experts (as appropriate) to translate best practice theory, in the above-mentioned areas into benchmarked OE and consulting processes, approaches, frameworks and tools.
• Assist in the development of sustainable technical training & development, organization effectiveness and performance management program.
• Direct a broad range of organization development and performance management programs for all levels of employees (exclude Executive Leader) such as leadership development, performance management, talent development, succession planning and career path
• Ensure effectiveness of performance management program in supporting employees to achieving goals and objectives of the company
• Develop a structured approach to talent development and succession planning that offer effective career development for TU staff to ensure long term business continuity.
• Develop programs to maintain and transfer organizational knowledges.
• Develop budget and manage the costs of planned programs and keep within budgets.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree or higher – Organization Development, Human Resources Development, Industrial Psychology, Political Science.
• At least 15 years in training
