Section Manager Utility Engineer
About this position
Responsibilities
• Plan and oversee the operation of the entire electrical system within the factory, including the power supply system.
• Control and monitor the cost of Utilities systems within the department and calculate the break-even point/return on investment for newly proposed equipment and machinery.
• Oversee the maintenance of equipment and components in the electrical, electronic systems, and power generation systems, as well as the electrical systems in the production line.
• Develop and improve new engineering systems and techniques to be used in the company in order to enhance efficiency and work potential.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Manufacturing Engineering.
• At least 5 years of experience in the field.
• Knowledge of regulations/laws related to engineering work in factories/environmental laws in factories.
• Knowledge of safety standards related to workplace hazards and electrical control systems.
• Knowledge in maintenance and argon welding.
• Able to work on alternate Saturdays.
