About this position

The Sales Analyst position at I-TAIL Corporation Public Company Limited involves providing best-in-class sales analytics, supporting sales pitch preparation, and collaborating across teams to enhance sales performance and insights.

Responsibilities

• Support development sales analytics guidelines and frameworks, including key analyses, reports and dashboards etc. to ensure timely, consistent and accurate visibility of sales performance and potential interventions needed across markets
• Conduct analysis and deliver critical insights for assigned markets, by product line, channel and / or key customer segments and accounts:
    - Historical sales revenue and volume vs targets, opportunities for future sales improvements leveraging successful tactics across markets
    - Profit margin and market share analyses
    - Sales cycle time and average deal size
    - Potential gaps in existing Pet product portfolio compared to external market trends (e.g. product category growth rate, competitor market share) and customer needs
    - Effectiveness of discounts or other sales, pricing and promotional tactics
    - Customer acquisition costs, customer lifetime value analyses, customer retention and churn rates
• Generate reports as needed for regional Commercial Leads and commercial teams to assess ongoing sales performance and identify areas for improvement
• Maintain databases and dashboards to ensure accuracy of sales data and provide up-to-date insights into KPIs (e.g., sales, growth, market share)
• Provide additional surge support to Project Management teams to prepare presentations/materials for sales pitches to customers
• Support Commercial Leads on data analytics to support key decision making during negotiation process with customers
• Collaborate with key account managers to understand key messages and themes to incorporate into customer pitch materials
• Collect feedback from commercial teams on effectiveness of pitch materials in order to iterate on them and improve impact
• Coordinate with respective regional commercial teams to receive up-to-date sales data to be used as input for analyses
• Align with Commercial Leads on relevant sales analyses required for teams to better understand sales performance and identify proactive corrective plans

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher
• Advanced data analysis and planning skills, and attention to detail
• Strong commercial acumen
• Good interpersonal and communication skills, both verbally and in written form
• A self-starter, with a strong work ethic and a pragmatic approach to overcoming challenges
• Strong ability to drive conflict resolutions across functional teams
• Demonstrating alignment with and the ability to thrive within the cultural framework of Thai Union's values and behaviors
• Embracing a learning and continuous improvement mindset, with a passion for learning and making continuous process and ways of working improvements
• Able to travel
• Proficient in English
