About this position
Responsibilities
• Perform searches and direct approach for qualified candidates according to relevant job criteria and utilize various effective channels and tools to attract best fit candidates.
• Screen applications, Interview and provide short-listed candidates for line managers.
• Execute administrative and systems related activities throughout the lifecycle of a requisition.
• Engaging in activity campaign; Campus Recruitment, Job Fair, Road Show, etc.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Human Resources or any related fields.
• Experience at least 3-5 years-working experience in recruitment, preferably with direct sourcing or headhunting experience.
• Able to conduct full-screening and interview in English.
• Good computer skills, especially relating to MS Office, preferably in excel.
• Team-player and can also work independently.
