About this position

The Quality Assurance (OEM) position focuses on ensuring that supplement products meet specifications and quality standards through various trials, audits, and coordination with teams and suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Involve trial with Global Innovation Center (GIC) to ensure product meet the product specification before commercial run.
• Co-approval with GIC and ensure using of right spec before first commercial run.
• Ensure CCP control and record every batch.
• Agree on draft defect acceptance criteria (AQL) and defect classification, including Q-plan both in-process and FG.
• Involve first commercial run on-site and monitor FG quality NPD (depend on process deviation).
• Agree on final defect acceptance criteria (AQL) and defect classification with Marketing.
• Lead supplier technical visit and audit to assess capability and ensure food safety, quality and regulation compliance as the product specification.
• Coordinate with Social team for audit & Follow up improvement action plan.
• Ensure non-conforming products are identified and controlled to prevent their unintended use or delivery to customers and inform OEMs/RMPM Suppliers to investigation root cause and corrective & preventive action (CAPA).
• Coordinate with OEMs and SC and verify root cause investigation and CA/PA.
• Support product incident management and ensure non-conforming products in Market/ Distributors/ Warehouses/ OEMs well be managed properly to protect brand reputation.
• Conduct traceability test/ mock recall test annually & product assessment (vitamin).
• Ensure changes in OEMs that can be managed and effectively communicate to eliminate product quality and food safety risk, and agree before change.
• Update existing specification if any changes and ensure communication loop with properly sign off.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Food Technology or relevance degree.
• Up to 3-5 years of experience in QA/QC position from Food, Consumer or Pharmaceutical business.
• Work experience as QA who's auditing OEM Manufacturing is a highly advantage.
• Excellence interpersonal skilled, Hands on, Agile, Flexible.
