About this position

The Mechanical Design Engineer will focus on improving machine automation, reducing manual operations, and ensuring design feasibility through collaboration with engineering and manufacturing teams.

Responsibilities

•Feasibility study and fine out new opportunity to improvement with machine automation.
•Reduce manual operation and replacement with machine automation.
•Design customize machine automation, and consult with engineering and manufacturing teammates to ensure that designs are feasible.
•Develop and build prototypes and run tests to measure their level of function.
•Record and evaluate testing data, altering designs as necessary to bring them to safety, performance and efficiency standards.
•Technology scouting and apply with business as require to be increasing productivity quality, cost reductions.
•Research competitor products quarterly and collaborate with product development team to generate ideas for making our products the best ones on the market.

Requirements

•Master degree or Bachelor degree in Mechatronics, Mechanical, Electronic Engineering or related field.
•Minimum 5 years experience of Design in Automation area.
•Expertise in program design such as Solidwork, Auto-cad, ZW3D, etc.
•Having knowledge in Electrical control design and Automation’s Electrical system.
•Having strong leadership.
•Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving.
•Computer literacy in Microsoft office.
•Good Attitude, Interpersonal relations and good team player.
•Good command of spoken and written English will be an advantage.
