About this position

This program is designed to accelerate your leadership potential through cross-functional work, job rotations, dynamic environments, and mentorship from senior leaders. The journey will lead to your development as a future leader, working across Thai Union Group's global business network.

Responsibilities

• The leaders with 0-2 years of working experience.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in any related field.
• English Language Proficiency.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Able to relocate: Bangkok office, Samut Sakorn and oversea assignment.

Requirements
