About this position

The Logistic & Supply Planner (Supplement) is responsible for managing the inbound and outbound logistics, ensuring efficient transportation, inventory control, and order fulfillment while coordinating with various stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage Inbound / Outbound plan with OEM & 3PL.
• Execute Good receive at destination warehouses.
• Manage transportation plan & cost between OEM to warehouses and warehouses to customers.
• Inventory management & Control.
• Stock reconciles.
• Manage supply chain document (i.e. OEM invoice to finance system).
• PO return management for staff sales & FOC for marketing activities.
• Co-ordinate supply plan with supply planning to generate delivery plan.
• Open PO for supply chain expense.
• Order fulfillment/Management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or relevance.
• 3-5 years of experience in Logistics, Order Fulfillment, Inventory Control.
• Background from FMCG, Consumer, Health & Beauty care, or Food product.
• Detail oriented, Interpersonal/ Negotiation skill, Business acumen, Team player.
• Proficiency in MS Excel.
