Investor Relations Manager (Thai Union Feedmill)

Responsibilities
• Analysis and Presentation: Independently analyze and present the company’s business and financial information to facilitate informed investment decisions.
• Investor Relations Activities: (1) Plan and execute investor relations activities, including quarterly earnings results, conference calls, and roadshows. (2) Respond promptly to ad-hoc requests and inquiries from investors and analysts.
• Building Investor Confidence: (1) Strengthen investor confidence in the company’s strategy, growth prospects, and value proposition. (2) Provide strategic guidance on financial communications, corporate governance, and shareholder engagement.
• Communication Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive communication strategy for the investment community.
• Investor Relations Materials: Prepare high-quality investor relations materials such as MD&A, earnings presentations, and press releases.
• Collaboration with Key Stakeholders: Coordinate with the CEO, CFO, and other departments to analyze financial performance and craft clear narratives for external communication.
• Community Sentiment Analysis: Monitor and evaluate feedback and sentiment from the investment community, presenting actionable insights to management.
• Information Updates: Keep the CEO and CFO informed of relevant investment research and industry developments.
• IR Website Development: Oversee the development and maintenance of the Investor Relations website, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
• Annual Report Preparation: Collaborate with relevant departments and consultants to prepare the Annual Report/ONE Report.
• Public Relations Collaboration: Work with external consultants to manage public relations activities aligned with the company’s strategic goals.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields.
• Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in investor relations or client management.
• Strong understanding of Thai securities laws, SET regulations, and corporate governance practices.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Thai and English.
• Proven ability to convey complex financial information clearly and concisely.
• Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills in finance and accounting reports.
• Self-motivated, able to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
