About this position

The International Sales Support & Coordinator (Alternative Protein) position involves supporting project activities, coordinating with various teams, and managing administrative tasks to ensure successful project execution.

Responsibilities

• Support research & development manager and business development manager for the NPD project.
• Lead and coordinate project activities, documents, and resources.
• Align with cross-function teams to ensure the projects run smoothly and are completed on time.
• Prepare and update project plans, schedules, and other reports.
• Follow-up project progress, anticipate potential risks and prevent them from occurring.
• Collaborate and lead the meetings with cross-functional teams and make minutes.
• Align with the Logistics team on prototyping product shipment to the customer overseas.
• Coordinate with a travel agency and HR mobility team on a business trip plan for the team.
• Manage general administrative support to team members as needed.
• Serve as a key contact point with the internal team in the organization.
• Accomplish other tasks as assigned by the managers.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from any field of study.
• Minimum 2 years of work experience in Sales Coordinator or Administration field.
• Fluency/ Good command of English.
• Excellent interpersonal skills/ Highly adaptable/ Problem-solving skills/ Eager to learn.
