HRBP Analyst
About this position
She/he will be responsible for supporting in defining our HR strategy by understanding employees and business needs, mapping out, analysis and suggesting improvements to end-to-end HR processes, the efficiency and impact of the workforce.
Responsibilities
• Work across a wide range of projects.
• Collects and compiles HR metrics and data from a variety of sources including the human resource information system (HRIS), management and employee surveys, exit interviews, employment records, government labor statistics, competitors' practices, and other sources.
• Analyzes data and statistics for trends and patterns with attention to recruitment, hiring practices, motivation, turnover, and compliance with employment laws and regulations.
• Prepares the insightful and meaningful reports of data results, presenting and explaining findings to leadership.
• Identifies and recommends reasonable short- and long-term goals, milestones, and benchmarks for key performance metrics.
• Based on metrics and analysis, makes recommendations for policies and activities to improve the organizational culture including suggestions to attract and hire qualified candidates, to motivate and retain employees, to address staffing issues, and to maintain legal compliance.
• Supports the development and implementation of HR solutions by understanding how the organisation works. Understand & provide insight on issues. Recommend & deliver solutions. Issues resolved, and long-term partnership role developed to drive forward business objectives.
• Ensures compliance with data privacy regulations and best practices.
• May assist HR leadership with staffing, recruiting, and departmental budgets.
• May guide and/or assist with performance, benefit, and compensation review and evaluation processes.
• Interacts within and outside the business to ensure cross Thai Union alignment of all HR activity.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
Requirements
• University Graduate, preferred in engineering or related field.
• A minimum of two years' experience in a similar role.
• Having knowledge or background of TPM (Total Productive Maintenance, preferred Training and Education pillar).
• Experience using human resource management systems (HRIS).
• Excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• The ability to work as part of a team and independently.
• Familiarity with HR operations, such as hiring, payroll, and employee benefits.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• An in-depth understanding of labor laws.
