About this position

Thai Union, a global leader in seafood and food manufacturing, is seeking an exceptional Head of Finance to join our Ambient Operation team in Samut Sakhon and drive strategic financial excellence.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive financial plans to support BU growth and align with Group profitability targets.
• Drive continuous improvement in financial frameworks, processes, and system implementations to boost efficiency.
• Act as a trusted advisor, providing insights and decision support for growth and performance management.
• Ensure adherence to local and international regulations, producing accurate financial reports and maintaining regulatory compliance.
• Inspire and develop high-performing teams, fostering a culture of engagement and growth.

Requirements

• Experience with a proven record in senior leadership within manufacturing or consumer goods.
• Managing end-to-end finance operations, strategic planning, and budgeting.
• Expertise in navigating complex global finance operations with significant experience in high-volatility environments.
• Strong command of IFRS, GAAP, and multi-jurisdictional compliance.
• Proficiency in financial reporting, systems implementation, and advanced analytics for executive decision-making.
• Leadership skills that drive team performance, engagement, and long-term growth.
