About this position

The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at i-Tail Corporation is responsible for designing, planning, and strategizing financial and accounting operations, as well as corporate governance, to ensure compliance with relevant regulatory and supervisory bodies, supporting sustainable company growth.

Responsibilities

• Plan strategies and directions for financial and accounting operations, corporate governance, ensuring company processes comply with regulations and rules from relevant governing bodies, including establishing work practices, risk management processes, and internal controls aligned with the organization’s strategies and policies.
• Oversee financial and accounting operations, risk management, and internal control to ensure adherence to company policies and overall operations meet defined standards.
• Manage company finances, liquidity, income ratios, costs, and expenses to maintain a suitable level, achieve good performance, and ensure sustainable competitive business advantage.
• Ensure the company has an appropriate internal control system as directed by the Audit Committee and/or the Board of Directors.
• Ensure the company has an appropriate risk management and control system, aligned with the guidance of the Risk Management Committee, Audit Committee, and/or the Board of Directors.
• Provide consultation or approve strategic and/or future-impact financial and accounting operations in collaboration with senior executives and the Board of Directors.
• Support appropriate and consistent channels of communication with shareholders and ensure disclosure of information is standardized and transparent.
• Act as the company’s representative for publicizing financial information to the public and maintain good relations with investors, clients, and stakeholders to build a strong network and positive image for the organization nationally and internationally.
• Other assigned tasks.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields.
• At least 15 years of experience in senior executive roles with demonstrated expertise in strategic planning and sustainable growth initiatives. Experience in diverse industries, including pet food or related sectors, is valued but not mandatory.
• Financial accounting, accounting standards, cost accounting, management accounting, taxation, specialized business knowledge.
• Critical thinking, negotiation, and persuasion.
• Proficient in English and Thai, Microsoft Office, effective communication.
• Leadership, analytical management skills, and change management abilities.
