About this position

The Business Analyst is an impact role responsible for bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions. This role plays a pivotal part in analyzing business processes, identifying opportunities for improvement, and translating requirements into actionable plans for project teams.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
• Conduct interviews, workshops, and surveys to understand business needs.
• Translate high-level business goals into detailed functional and non-functional requirements.
• Create comprehensive requirement specifications, use cases, and user stories.
• Analyze current business processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
• Model and document existing and proposed business processes using techniques such as BPMN.
• Collaborate with process owners to streamline workflows and optimize operations.
• Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that support decision-making.
• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and data visualizations.
• Evaluate potential solutions and technologies to address business challenges.
• Provide recommendations based on cost-benefit analysis and alignment with business goals.
• Collaborate with IT teams to ensure proposed solutions meet technical requirements.
• Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and project teams.
• Manage change requests and communicate changes to all relevant parties.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration among project stakeholders.
• Assist in the development of change management plans.
• Support in developing test plans and test cases based on business requirements.
• Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) and quality assurance processes.
• Ensure that delivered solutions meet the specified requirements.
• Create user manuals, training materials, and documentation for end-users.
• Involved in conducting training sessions and workshops for end-users.
• Ensure end-users are proficient in using new systems and processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Information Technology).
• Certification in business analysis (e.g., CBAP, CCBA etc.) is advantageous.
• 3-5 years of experience in business analysis or related roles.
• Strong proficiency in requirement elicitation and documentation.
• Experience with business process modeling and data analysis.
• Knowledge of SAP SD is a plus.
• Knowledge of Software, Web Application, Mobile Application Development is a plus.
• Knowledge of MarTech platform implementation is a plus.
