About this position

The Scheduler/Planner at Rayong Site will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and developing schedules for mid to large-scale construction projects such as Hyper scale Data Center, Retail, and Highrise building works. They will work independently or as part of a team to support the construction team and project manager with schedule updates, Time-Impact Analyses, resource loading, and Schedule generated payments.

Responsibilities

• Project scheduling using Primavera P6 software for medium and large building projects (>300 million THB).
• Develop resource and cost loaded baseline schedules.
• Analyze project documents to identify potential impacts.
• Manage multi-disciplinary construction project schedules including design, engineering, construction, and integration of major sub-contractor’s schedule.
• Analyze proposal documents to generate activities, logic, and production rate.
• Prepare Monthly Pay Estimate and support cost reporting.
• Prepare and present Time-Impact Analyses.
• Prepare and present schedule narratives.

Requirements

• Graduate from Civil Engineering with a professional Engineer License and Program management.
• 7-10 years of scheduling experience for building construction projects valued more than 300 Million THB.
• Experience using Oracle Primavera (P6) and working on Loadspring or virtual desktop.
• Experience with cost/resource loaded scheduling.
• Experience working on overseas projects such as US, EU, Singapore.
• Professional Engineer License preferred.
• Construction management and process control experience at the job site.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate and influence stakeholders.
• Strong attention to detail, time management, written and verbal communication, and collaboration skills.
