Thai Steel Cable Public Company Limited is a manufacturer of automobile and motorcycle control cable and window regulator, supplying to leading automobile and motorcycle manufacturers domestically and internationally. Presently, the company locates at Amata City Chonburi Industrial Estate, Chonburi province. TSC is a joint venture of Summit Corporation; the prominent leader in various businesses especially parts producers of automobile and motorcycle assembly market in Thailand, and Hi-Lex Corporation, the largest manufacturer in Japan and one of the world’s major players in control cables.

About this position

The Human Resource Manager will serve as a strategic partner to business leaders, focusing on enhancing employee engagement and driving business performance through effective HR solutions.

Responsibilities

• Strategic HR Partnership: Collaborate with business leaders to understand their objectives and challenges, and provide strategic HR solutions that drive business performance and employee engagement.
• Development people: Training and Development: Collaborate with Learning and Development teams to identify training needs, develop training programs, and promote continuous learning. Organizational Development: Identify opportunities to enhance organizational effectiveness, employee development, and team dynamics. Support change management initiatives. Performance Management: Assist in designing and implementing performance management processes, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and development plans. Talent Management: Partner with managers to identify current and future talent needs, develop workforce plans, and implement talent acquisition and retention strategies.
• Employee Relations: Provide guidance and support on employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, enhance employee engagement, and foster a positive workplace culture performance improvement plans.
• Compensation and Benefits: Assist in reviewing and analyzing compensation and benefits programs to ensure competitiveness and alignment with business goals.
• HR Policies and Compliance: Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations. Develop and communicate HR policies and procedures.
• Data Analysis: Use HR metrics and data to provide insights and recommendations for improving HR programs and processes.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or similar role in organization more than 1,000 headcounts at least 5 years.
• Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR) is a plus.
• Strong understanding of HR practices, employment laws, and regulations.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, presentation, analyst, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels of the organization.
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
• Strong business acumen and strategic mindset.
• Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information System).
• Deep understanding of both HR best practices and the specific needs of the business.
