QC Asst.Manager
About this position
The QC Assistant Manager is responsible for managing the QA & AC team, ensuring quality standards are met, and coordinating with other departments to address quality concerns.
Responsibilities
• Manage and control of QA & AC team.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure quality.
• Report quality problems to management and procedure of quality concern.
• Inspect procedure until products meet quality standards and specifications are attained.
• Conduct audit and Quality risk analysis at the supplier site.
• Manage documents and report which is needed to submit to the client.
• Trouble shooting by analysis and making countermeasures to reduce a problems.
• Perform other tasks assigned.
• Keep KPI targets and analyses the problem to achieve KPI.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechatronics, Mechanical, Electrical or Industrial Engineering or other related fields.
• At least 7 years of work experiences in Quality control.
• Have a basic knowledge and understanding about quality control and safety in workplace.
• Be able to identify NG reasons and propose for countermeasure.
• Be able to communicate with other department when NG occur and come up with solutions.
• Be able to judge or make final decision in regard with quality control.
• Have knowledge and experience in each procedure both production and maintenance services.
• Good command of English and computer literate.
• Having a driving license.
