About this position

Thai Rayon Public Company Limited is seeking a Senior Accountant to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting and compliance with tax regulations, while supporting audits and maintaining accounting records.

Responsibilities

• Ensure accurately and timely preparation of all report submit to Revenues Department Por.Ngor.Dor 3,53,36,54 and VAT (PP.30) and recording accounting entries in the ledger
• Prepare & Submitted PNG 1 Kor & 2 Kor
• Prepare and Submit PND 50 & 51 for year and half year with disclosure from
• Coordinate and follow up with Revenue for timely refund of VAT
• Control & keep data for sale report to support for inspection from Revenue Department.
• Control & keep data for sale report to support for inspection from Thai Revenue.
• AR function control - AR confirmation, Customer advances clearing, Ageing, account reconciliation etc.
• Knowledge of TFRS.
• Knowledge of SAP modules.
• Support in Quarterly and Annual Audit and preparation of FS and notes.
• Knowledge of Indirect tax – VAT, DTAA overseas payment.
• Coordinate and prepare data for quarterly and annual Audit.
• Prepare Management Benefit.
• Knowledge of physical inventory count/reconciliation.
• Accounting for Bank deposit and borrowing.
• Follow the Safety protocol of company.
• Study and analyze any new or changes in tax related procedures to ensure compliance and recommend practical solutions.
• To review accounting report that submit under requirement of BOI
• Handling any other duties as assigned by the management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in accounting.
• At least 7 years of experience in manufacturing business.
• Computer skills (Excel, Power point etc.)
• Good understanding and skills of system and software, i.e. SAP Oracle.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Preference will be given to those who have worked for major auditing firms, such as the Big 4.
• Hardworking, detail-oriented, methodical, and very structured.
• Proficiency in both English and Thai language is required.
