Mechanical Engineer
About this position
Responsibilities
• To plan, implement and monitor the achievement of preventive maintenance plan to ensure high quality maintenance and equipment availability.
• To ensure implementation of preventive maintenance shut down activities with the staff and employee.
• To plan & monitor the annual shut down/Overhauling of the production lines and other areas equipments.
• To ensure that departmental maintenance & operational expenses are within the approved budgets.
• To ensures timely availability of Insurance, Critical & high value spare parts & spare equipment.
• To plan manpower and spare parts to achieve Maintenance target.
• To ensure Implementation and full utilization the computerized maintenance management system.
• To advise the team & participate in the Failure analysis & root cause identification.
• To ensure the implementation of reoccurrences prevention plan.
• To create purchase request (PR) for all required equipment and parts.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 0 - 3 years’ experience maintenance in manufacturing.
• Knowledge of Refrigeration and Air, Chiller, Cooling tower etc.
• Ability to follow safety procedures and processes.
• Analytical Thinking and Problem-Solving Skills.
• Proactive & Able to work well under pressure in Multicultural organization.
• Knowledge on Safety Standards/Management Standards will be advantage.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office programs.
• Good command of English. (TOEIC Score certificate will be advantage).
