About this position
Responsibilities
• Conduct thorough training needs analyses to identify and address skill gaps effectively.
• Collaborate with department heads to develop training programs aligned with organizational goals.
• Select and work with external training providers while fostering internal trainer development.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and implement improvements to maximize impact.
• Facilitate Knowledge Integration Programs (KIP) and ensure robust on-the-job training for new hires.
• Maintain compliance with ISO standards in training and drive organizational effectiveness initiatives.
• Promote a culture of safety through targeted training and adherence to safety protocols.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of relevant experience or Master's degree in HR or related fields.
• Be proactive, passionate to lead a dynamic situation.
• Keen to reskill, upskill of people functional competency.
• Excellent presentation and communications skills both Thai & English.
• Having multi-tasking skill, analytical thinking, planning and organizing, problem solving skills and serviced minded.
• Good interpersonal and computer skill.
• Can work in Angthong province.
