About this position
Responsibilities
• To develop technological improvements, in-house design, up gradation and development activities to increase productivity and improve quality consistency.
• To plan, implement and monitor the achievement of preventive maintenance plan to ensure high quality maintenance and equipment availability.
• To plan & monitor the annual shut down/Overhauling of the production lines and other areas equipments.
• To ensure that departmental maintenance & operational expenses are within the approved budgets.
• To ensure timely availability of Insurance, Critical & high value spare parts & spare equipment.
• To manage Business Excellence activities in line with group business excellence roadmap.
• To ensure spinning process operation and maintenance complied with safety, health and environmental standards.
• To development of and maintain harmonious relation with employees.
• To ensure customer satisfaction score meet the target.
Requirements
• Bachelor degree in engineering as Instrument, Electrical, Control or equivalent.
• Working with Chemical manufacturing environment is preferred.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in Electrical, Instrument & control, Maintenance.
• Knowledge & experience with DCS, PLC, VFD, UPS.
• Communicable level in English and computer literate especially with Microsoft Office.
• Problem-solving abilities.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
