About this position
Thai Rayon Public Company Limited is seeking a Human Resource Manager to implement and monitor HR policies, build relationships, and ensure employee satisfaction and well-being while managing labor costs and company discipline.
Responsibilities
• Develop and maintain harmonious and cordial industrial relations for smooth operation of the units
• Manpower Planning & Budgeting in alignment with annual business plans
• Ensure 100 % legal compliance of contractors.
• Statutory Compliance & Internal and External Stakeholder Management
• Organizational Effectiveness through safety and health
• Payroll and Wage Admin
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Law or other relevant fields or Masters in OD or other relevant fields.
• At least 10 years of experiences in HR and ER roles in manufacturing businesses
• Direct experience in Labor Relations for manufacturing field.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Well organized and able to prioritize effectively
• Strong understanding of the Labor Protection Act, Labor Relations Act and other related local laws.
• Communicable level in English and computer literate especially with Microsoft Office
