About this position

The HR Manager - Performance and Rewards at Aditya Birla Group will be responsible for managing talent assessments, developing career management frameworks, and driving performance reviews to enhance employee growth and satisfaction in a supportive environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage talent assessments, individual development plans (IDPs), and action plans to foster employee growth.
• Develop career management and succession planning frameworks to build a robust leadership pipeline.
• Drive goal-setting, performance reviews, and appraisal processes to ensure quality, fairness and consistency.
• Maintain data accuracy in HR systems and manage updates on promotions, confirmations, and position changes.
• Drive employee recognition initiatives to enhance morale and engagement.
• Plan and implement job rotations and succession strategies to enhance organizational resilience.
• Enhance employee satisfaction through effective communication and recognition programs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with 5 years of relevant experience or Master's degree in HR or related fields.
• Be proactive, passionate to lead a dynamic situation.
• Keen to reskill, upskill of people functional competency.
• Excellent presentation and communications skills both Thai & English.
• Having multi-tasking skill, analytical thinking, planning and organizing, problem solving skills and serviced minded.
• Good interpersonal and computer skill.
• Can work in Angthong province.
• Advanced Excel and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in project management.
• Financial acumen and attention to detail.
• Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Confidentiality and Integrity.
• Proficient in English.
