About this position
Responsibilities
• วางแผนระบบการปรับปรุง, วิเคราะห์, ทดลอง เพื่อผลิตภัณฑ์ที่มีประสิทธิภาพและความปลอดภัยสูงสุด
• สามารถวิเคราะห์ปัญหา, นำเสนอปัญหา, เสนอวิธีการแก้ปัญหา และดำเนินการแก้ไขปัญหาได้ถูกต้องรวดเร็วทันเวลา (Corrective Action)
• ดูแลช่างเทคนิคและผู้ใต้บังคับบัญชาให้ทำงานอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ ภายใต้นโยบายและกฏระเบียบของบริษัท
• รับผิดชอบกิจกรรม VALUE ANALYSIS & VALUE ENGINEERING (VA/VE) ในอุตสาหกรรมยานยนต์ของบริษัท
Requirements
• ป.ตรี.วิศวกรรมศาสตร์ สาขาวิศวกรรมอุตสาหการ, เครื่องกล หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
• มีประสบการณ์อุตสาหกรรมชิ้นส่วนยานยนต์จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
• สามารถอ่านแบบเครื่องกลและเข้าใจข้อกำหนดแบบ Drawing ทางวิศวกรรมได้เป็นอย่างดี
• มีความเข้าใจความรู้ข้อกำหนดระบบ IATF16949 ในส่วนหัวข้อ APQP และเอกสาร PPAP ได้เป็นอย่างดี
• สามารถเขียนและสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้
• สามารถใช้คอมพิวเตอร์ได้ดี
