Product Marketing Manager (Hematology&Oncology)
About this position
The Product Marketing Manager (Hematology & Oncology) is responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies, engaging with key opinion leaders (KOLs), and ensuring the growth and profitability of the product portfolio in the hematology and oncology sectors.
Responsibilities
• Develop new KOLs and engage existing KOLs to sustain strong networking and content development.
• Monitor market dynamics as well as competitor activities and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Develop, implement marketing strategies and monitor the annual marketing plan, promotional activities and profit objectives to achieve both short and long-term goals.
• Conduct internal product/disease knowledge training for sales teams and external product presentation to ensure that product trainings and marketing activities implemented have strong and good impacts for sales achievement.
• Providing marketing activities for both internal and external customers to ensure the continued growth and profitability of the responsible product portfolio.
• Develop a comprehensive product strategy and budget plan based on market insights and company guidelines to achieve sales targets.
• Create annual forecasts, promotional budgets and formulate effective promotional strategies for each product under your responsibility.
• Collaborate with field service and sales teams to improve products and platforms and increase customer satisfaction. Working with corporate/regional team in product related activities.
Requirements
• Bachelor in Pharmaceutical science, Master Degree in Business Administration or Marketing would be an advantage.
• Minimum 5 years of experiences in roles as Product Manager/ Assistant Product Manager with a focus on ethical channel in Pharmaceutical/Healthcare Business. (Hematology & Oncology is preferable)
• Extensive pharmaceutical product management experience.
• Strategic thinking, strong leadership with results-driven mindset and excellent communication skill.
• Proactive with good interpersonal skills and good problem solving.
• Strong written and verbal English proficiency (TOEIC >= 700) and Computer literature.
