About this position

Engineering Supervisor is responsible for the installation, supervision, repair, and maintenance of utility machines, ensuring their availability and performance efficiency while managing the budget and supervising employees in the Utility section.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the installation of utility machines.
• Responsible for the supervision, repair, and preventive maintenance of utility machines, including both electrical and mechanical systems.
• Planning and preparing utility systems to ensure machine availability, performance efficiency, and quality rate.
• Planning and controlling the budget of the Utility section to align with the department's goals and company policy.
• Supervision of employees in the Utility section.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or higher in mechanical, electrical, industrial engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of engineering or maintenance experience.
• Have experience in the engineering field in a pharmaceutical factory or food business, this will be an advantage.
• Experience in repairing, preventive maintenance, and installing factory or utility machinery.
• Experience in planning and preparing utility systems for use in production.
• Experience in planning, controlling budgets and supervising employees.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
