About this position

The Senior Corporate Communications and Investor Relations Officer is responsible for managing communication with shareholders and investors, coordinating IR activities, and maintaining up-to-date information on the company's performance.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with internal teams to prepare and disseminate information related to the company’s operation and financial performance in IR materials such as presentations, investor notes, and factsheets for communicate with shareholders and related investors.
• Arrange IR activities such as Analyst Meetings, Opportunity Days, Site Visits, and other activities involving capital and equity markets.
• Provide information on the company’s management involving stock performance, peer comparison, and market perception of the company and industry.
• Maintain up-to-date information and create content related to shareholders and investors on the company’s website and LinkedIn.
• Support writing 56-1 One Report, coordinating with other related business units and completing the report in a timely manner.
• Regularly communicating/maintaining relationships with analysts to ensure the correct message and signal related to the company to the market as well as in line with the company’s direction.
• Support to prepare Daily News Clippings.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business administrative, Finance, Economics, or related fields.
• 2 - 5 years of experience related to Investor Relations and Corporate Communication.
• A structured working method, assertiveness, and attention to detail.
• Ability to apply dynamism and logical judgment to diverse challenging situations.
• Strong management and analytical skills.
• Good command of English (TOEIC Score at least 550).
• Excellent MS Excel, Word, Power Point, and Canva.
