Document Control Officer
About this position
The Document Control Officer is responsible for managing and overseeing the company's documentation to ensure compliance with company policies and standards.
Responsibilities
• Control the document of the company and make sure that it is aligned with the company policy and they have been used in a positive way.
• Control the document and other information which is used for the management system of the company based on the policy standard.
• Take care, collect, distribute and take back the document which related to the company.
• Make the company document to always up to date.
• Verified every document using in the company and have to review and approve by the person in charge before start using. Make sure that all related document are in the correct form.
• Update the document in company’s intranet.
• Destroy the outdate document.
• Training others about the document system in the company.
Requirements
• Bachelor degree in Environmental Science or other related field.
• 1-3 years of DCC experience.
• Good interpersonal and collaboration skills.
• Good command of English.
