About this position

The Production Supervisor is responsible for overseeing production scheduling, supervising staff to meet production targets, and improving processes to enhance productivity and quality.

Responsibilities

•Control of production scheduling.
•Supervise subordinates in order to achieve production target.
•Control and improve working process to increase productivity as well as quality.
•Maintain good discipline of subordinates and good housekeeping of production area.
•Other duties assigned by Assistant Manager and Department Manager.

Requirements

•Bachelor’s Degree in Food Science, Food Technology or related field.
•Having Mechanical knowledge and having 1-3 years experience in food industry would be advantageous.
•Good communication skill both Thai and English.
•Knowledge in Microsoft Office is a must.
•Good analytical and problems solving capabilities.
•Able to work in rotation shift.
•Able to work at Bangpoo Industrial Estate, Samutprakarn.
