QC&QA Manager
About this position
The QC&QA Manager is responsible for managing the quality control department, ensuring compliance with quality management systems, and coordinating with customers and suppliers to meet quality standards.
Responsibilities
• Manage the work within the quality control department, annual planning and budgeting, annual KAIZEN plan including plans for future organization improvement and development 3 years in advance
• Consider and approve the results of indicating good and bad parts with analytical thinking skills
• Contact and coordinate with customers to meet customer needs in all aspects
• Contact and coordinate with suppliers to proceed, fix and prevent problems with part quality
• Think, analyze the status of the part spec measurement results, and consider approving changes that are in line with the plan and can solve immediate problems well
• Manage the ISO9001 and IATF16949 quality management systems, as well as support other departments in checking the correctness of documents or work standards related to the quality management system
• Plan for an Internal Audit at least once a year or more and create a Check List to check problems that cover the quality management system requirements
• Provide training, review or add knowledge and understanding of working according to the quality management system requirements and customer work requirements to employees and be able to provide advice on taking care of the department's document control system
• Set the quality control department's work standards
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree or higher of engineering, industrial Management or related fields
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the automotive industry Engineer, with at least 3 years in Leader.
• Basic proficiency in English communication (speaking, reading, and writing) is required.
• Knowledge ISO9001/IATF16949, PPAP, MSA, APQP, FMEA and SPC
• Leadership personality with team work capability
• Good supervisor skills, decision-making ability, effective communication.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, Power Point
• Excellent leadership, team management, problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
