About this position

Position involves overseeing environmental management within a factory setting, including implementing and monitoring pollution prevention systems. The role also includes preparing reports, conducting environmental assessments, and recommending improvements for a safe and efficient work environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and monitor pollution prevention systems within the factory
• Manage environmental aspects of the factory, including developing operational plans
• Implement environmental plans and guidelines strictly, allowing for inspections by relevant authorities
• Prepare reports on pollution prevention systems and ensure compliance
• Conduct environmental assessments and collaborate with registered agencies for certification
• Compile reports on compliance with legal regulations and relevant authorities
• Provide recommendations to employers for safe and efficient work environment management
• Investigate and analyze environmental conditions and incidents related to pollution, reporting findings and recommendations promptly
• Collect statistics, analyze data, and make recommendations regarding environmental conditions and incidents both within and outside the factory
• Manage environmental projects or activities related to green industry, social responsibility, circular economy, and eco-friendly factories
• Perform environmental, community relations, and other assigned tasks

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science
• Minimum of 2 years experience in environmental management within a factory setting
• Clear communication skills in both verbal and written Thai
• Proficient in MS-Office programs
• Ability to write and present projects effectively
• Positive attitude towards environmental work
• Knowledge of pollution treatment systems, water, air, industrial waste, and workplace environmental conditions
• Ability to coordinate and handle environmental documentation
• Understanding of environmental laws and ISO 14001 requirements
